Data Categories

Basic Data: This includes basic contact information and identity information.

Communication Data: This involves communications we may have with you or other information which you may voluntarily provide, including images, videos, or documents you may upload as part of an OV Pacific request. This category also includes your contact/marketing preferences.

Account Data: This comprises your OV Hub profile and details, user names, passwords, and other login information, activity history and referral data, analysis we may undertake on account usage from time to time, and your billing details, including card details and billing address.

Website Data: This involves information about your device, which may include the device’s IP address, browser type, browsing history, preferences, identification numbers, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps, and other interactions with the service. This category also includes questions raised with us and information you provide us when you visit our Website.

Geolocation Data: This category contains data related to your device and/or the information you give us might tell us your approximate geographical location.

Analytics Data: This consists of information to monitor and analyze the use of our services, for example, for our service’s technical administration, to increase our service’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to verify users have the authorization needed to process their requests.

Professional Data: This involves details about the service(s) you or your employer provide, payment records and bank account details, OV Hub profile, OV Pacific analysis we may undertake from time to time, account details, and activity history, user names, passwords, and other login information.
